How long does it take to resize my ring, and do I have to leave my ring at the store?

Typically, it takes 2-10 business days to adjust the size of your ring. Yes, you will have to leave your ring in our care, but it is in good hands and you will receive a holding receipt upon drop-off.  

Are you able to work with clients remotely?

Yes, we frequently work with clients remotely and are equipped to provide the same level of service virtually and in person, beginning with a phone call, video call, or text message conversation, depending on your preference. What can I do to find out my significant others ring size? and what if I get it wrong?

Rings can be adjusted, but increasing the ring size beyond two sizes can affect the ring's structure. Once you’ve given the ring to your partner, we will send you a ring sizer with a return label to get an accurate finger size and adjust the piece accordingly. Eternity Bands cannot be resized.

Why do Forever Diamond Uniques look different from others I have seen?

Our designs are handcrafted to provide a high level of precision that cannot be achieved by a casted ring. Our Uniques are custom-made to fit the center diamond seamlessly and are unique to that diamond’s outlines and specific dimensions.  

If I already have a diamond, will Forever Diamonds NY build a new setting for it?

Yes. While many other jewelers will not work with your diamond, our focus on customized settings means we can create settings for any size and shape center stone. However, we encourage you to consult us before you make your center stone purchase, as we carry a large inventory of certified diamonds in all shapes, sizes, and qualities at competitive prices.  

Do you have any other locations?

Forever Diamonds NY currently has one showroom located in the heart of New York City’s Diamond District. However, we frequently work with clients remotely while continuing to deliver the same best-in-class experience that we provide in person.  

Can Forever Diamond NY remodel my old mounting into a new custom ring?

No. To ensure consistent durability, we do not reuse the metal from previous settings. We are happy to work with you to design a new, custom setting and help you select a color gemstone, Lab Grown Diamond, Moissanite or CZ to be set into your old ring as a keepsake.  

What form of payment does Forever Diamond accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, money orders, domestic PayPal, and personal domestic checks and cashier's checks. Please allow up to 10 business days for any non-credit card payment method to clear. Once payment has cleared, you will receive a receipt containing all pertinent financial, diamond, and ring information. We do not accept international credit cards (unless you are present in-store) or international PayPal.  

Credit cards?

We accept all major credit cards in store, or online via a secured credit card authorization form sent through Adobe Sign. We keep the details of your credit card secure and no additional charges will be applied to the credit card without your full approval. There is a 3.5% processing fee that is charged by our processing company when using any type of card.  

How does payment work for a custom design?

A 33% deposit is required to secure a diamond from our inventory. Once the design has been approved, another 33% is required to begin ring production. The remaining balance is due upon ring completion. Delivery will be arranged after the balance has been paid. We require the full cost of the ring to be paid within 60 days of the original deposit.

Does Forever Diamonds NY provide payment plan or financing?

Yes, we're proud to offer flexible 12-month special financing with approved credit through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Ask for details.  

Do you offer alternate gemstones such as Morganites, Rubies, Sapphires, Aquamarines, etc?

Yes, we have a large inventory of gemstones. Our sales associates will work with you on your designs and present several loose options to choose from for your custom ring.

How does Forever Diamonds NY ship its items?

We use a third-party shipping company that verifies the contents of each package. The shipment is fully insured via UPS or FedEx, and a signature is required upon delivery. We will contact you with a confirmation once your item has been shipped. You can view the shipping process in your account to see the status of your package. We will provide you with an e-mail confirmation or a phone call once your item has been shipped. The package will not have any identifiable Forever Diamonds information on it. We can also request the package to be held at a UPS holding station for you to pick up within 5 business days before the package gets sent back to us. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to severe weather or other unexpected events.  

Does Forever Diamonds NY provide warranty?

Our manufacturing guarantee is to stand behind the integrity of every piece and ensure your complete satisfaction with the entire shopping experience. However, we advise obtaining personal insurance to protect your ring from any damage, loss, theft, or breakage.
